It has been beautiful to see and hear my son, Adriano during his violin classes with Maura. Their classes, concerts, and duos have helped my son develop self-confidence, value collaboration over competition, and feel supported when faced with challenges. He feels safe and happy during their classes because she teaches him self-compassion, always with positive reinforcement. Maura is a unique teacher and is contributing to the growth and happiness of my son.

Playing the violin was a surrealistic dream to me until I met Maura. Her teaching is organic, fun, attentive, and generous. Learning with her has been a journey filled with laughs and a celebration of every single little achievement.

For many years, Maura was my delightful violin teacher. She ushered me through the challenging arcs of learning as an adult and instilled in me a lifelong love of playing violin. Now Maura teaches my young son, and she's so engaging and patient with him. Wherever he goes with his playing, I know this time will be an important part of deepening his relationship to learning. Maura's playful approach is so well-suited for sustaining a young person's attention and enthusiasm alongside promoting their capability.

As a Holistic Therapist, I host events that include body-mind practices, Breathwork, and cacao ceremonies. I’ve been collaborating with Maura for several events and working with her is a fantastic experience.

She is a professional with a high level of mastery of her craft. Maura prepares the energy and flow of the event in advance, based on the theme and message of the event, and improvises on the spot-- sensing people’s energy, and through the music, facilitates the process of transformation. All participants of our sessions experience a deeper connection to themselves and a higher force thanks to the magic that Maura brings.
